FIRST STEPS

How to Get Started

Phase 1. Purchase video course

This is an important step that provides the knowledge and simple practices to begin connecting more deeply with yourself and with God. This is a critical first step before starting a facilitated, longer term community of practice.

Phase 2. Apply and join a group/cohort

This is a group of 8-12, what we call a “community of practice”, that deepens the skills you began through the video course. We will then build upon those skills to nurture connection with one another, with God, and with ourselves.

Phase 3. Launch your own trio

As people find healing and transformation in step 2, they often feel drawn to starting their own small community of practice locally or online. In step 3, you will deepen connection and emotional/spiritual safety by forming a group of 3 in your own context.

Along the Way Coaching

Once you purchase the video course (phase 1 above), you can schedule coaching at any time by clicking the “Schedule with Lisa” button. These 50-minute sessions are for those looking to further practice the skills from the course or cohort with my full attention and encouragement. I also offer facilitated Immanuel Approach prayer sessions.
